Specifications, timelines, capacities, and pricing mentioned on the Website are indicative unless confirmed in a written quotation or contract signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

Submitting an enquiry form, using a cost calculator, or contacting us does not create a binding order or contract. A project relationship begins only when both parties execute agreed commercial documents (e.g. quotation acceptance, work order, or supply/erection agreement). In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract prevails for that project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand) or the amount you paid us specifically for Website-related services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim — whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anaisha PEB Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Website use, subject to any mandatory statutory forum.
