Where those documents address confidentiality or data handling, they prevail for the relevant project.
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address, company name, and city or project location you provide in forms or messages.
- Project enquiry: building type, approximate size, timeline, message, and how you heard about us — submitted via quote forms, contact forms, calculator flows, or similar tools on the Website.

We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotations, technical discussions, and project information you request.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Website and our sales processes.
- Send follow-up communication related to your enquiry (by phone, email, or WhatsApp where you have provided contact details).
- Comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, and protect our legal rights.
- Analyse aggregated or de-identified usage trends where analytics are enabled.
5. Legal basis (India)
We process personal data based on your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and on our legitimate interests in operating a B2B industrial business, responding to commercial enquiries, and securing the Website. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) applies, we process data in accordance with its requirements, including honouring data-principal rights described below.
7. Storage and retention
Enquiry data submitted through the Website is transmitted to our server and appended to a secure leads file on our infrastructure (not publicly accessible). A copy may also remain in your browser's localStorage until you clear it.
We retain enquiry and project-related records for as long as needed to respond, pursue a commercial relationship, meet contractual obligations, and comply with tax and legal retention requirements — typically up to seven (7) years for business records unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls on server-side data and HTTPS for the Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and raise a grievance with us. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details in Section 1. We will respond within a reasonable period. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India when operational under the DPDP framework.
11. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to WhatsApp (wa.me), social profiles, or other third-party sites. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

The Website is intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
